1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tomato, diced 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, tomato, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss with pasta. Serve topped with cheese.
mmm... what's also good is if you mix garlic and fresh mint, it's an awesome dressing for all salads, believe it or not...
