1 cup plain flour 1 cup sugar 250g melted butter optional - you can add chocolate chips, nuts ginger etc. 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. When completely mixed, form into small cookie-sized discs, and place on oiled baking tray. 3. Cook in pre heated oven, at 180°C for 12 minutes or until brown. 4. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool, and enjoy.
