EARTH DAY IS COMING UP! please read

EArth DAy is April 22. MAybe, in addition to doing whatever you are doing at home, maybe we can all pledge to do something "together" at the same time. Kind of an international action.

I love earth day....I think everyone should spread flower seeds in the places they pass in their daily routines, that way, they could add more color and beauty to their daily life!

 

ill drive to work in a higher gear if that helps.

in my neighborhood we have many parks of just land that is on the water(so like beaches) and we have one park thats at the back of the neighborhood that has a little forest area, and its so trashed back there, people just throw garbage everywere, so i was going to go out there and pick as much up as i can and just try to help my environment

If work wasn't so far away, I'd bike it. Maybe I'll instead take the day off from being inside and go outside to the various protests and such. Maybe that'll be a good time to buy the bike I need for Burning Man.

Just be OUTside instead of inside burning more fossil fuels. Raw food day? Eat nothing but raw foods processed by hand...mmmmmm...fresh salsa.

im gonna do the same thing i do every earth day. walk until i find some deep ass woods and then im gonna chill there all day long. i would pick up trash on the side of the road or something but i did that near my house already

 

Im planting trees, and teaching kids to tie die maybe. I love earth day!

Been dropping flower seeds for a couple weeks now. Been celebrating earth pretty much every day for a while now. I think we should have one hell of a party in honor of Gaia, a celebration for everyone who's been doing it all along. The majority readily accepts Earth Day as a convenient date to put in the calendar. Participate for a day, go home, next day resume cycle of same old shit "Now that all the tree huggers went home...." Naw, it should be a kickoff to something more durable and much bigger than one lousy day.
