dumped via phonecall

my ex dumped me after 9 months over the phone a few days ago. he said he didnt want a gf anymore. we had a conversation a few hours before where he said he loved me and couldnt wait to see me. i guess its better than a text message...

Well, I was hung up on after a phone argument and this is the third day we haven't spoken. Anyway, it's probably for the best.

 

Does that really qualify a breakup? If it is established you are 'together'? I wouldn't think so, to be honest.

My ex and I dumped each other over the phone. He started off with a big sigh, & we need to talk bit... I was quiet... He started with the whole I don't think this is working out bit... & I told him I was feeling the same, then we were both just kinda relieved it wasn't going to be a big deal.
We're still friends, spoke to him just the other day.
But, your phonecall sounds one sided and kind of hurtful. Especially after being misled in the phonecall prior.
That sucks.
Lets hope what goes around comes around, & something similar, or at least as painful happens to him. :grouphug:
