Hmmm....Now theres a problem. Heres an idea. A ridiculous idea but one none the less...lol. Rent a moving van and hang your harvest in there. Have it close enough to an outlet so you can run electric to the thing. Use an electric space heater to warm the place and a few oscilating fans to ventilate and keep the air moving. Id say five days tops to dry a normal size plant that has been trimmed a little. Expensive alternative but I dunno. I wouldnt build anything in the woods to attract choppers or thieves. tc gm714

^^ That actaully is a pretty good idea. But if you want to lock the back of the van, in order to thwart thieves, im not sure how good the ventilation would be. And also you could put 30 oscilating fans in there, and it still would not supply fresh air.

    NAMASTE

Wow does that bring back memories from the west caost.Ran into that same thing. One thing that was not brought up is mice will flock to an area that you use to dry.So make sure you set some traps with peanut butter gets them all the time.Make sure if it rains it is dry on top and keep a very very very good watch that whaen it cools down at night and warms up durring the day that it does not mold. What meangreen said sounds great something that will work but not need to stay longer than needed.Mice and rain are the two most to look at.Hey if not me, meangrean ,Gec.thrawn and yes tie dye i did not leave you out will sure help you out, heheheheheheheh.Good luck bro and stay green.

Did anyone ever see that Robin Williams movie "Club Paradise?" Well jimmy Cliff plays this rasta, and he dries all his pot outdoors in a shack. I just saw that movie and I dont know why im posting this.

The curing sheds i have seen are generally made from sticks out of the forest, and black poly (plastic) That might look a little obvious though in an open field. What about using a large tent ? If you run a power cord and stuck a big fan in there it should curculate the air enough to prevent mold.

I have not tried this, but see tents in peoples yards all the time, in the big city and way out in the country. Should look like someone is camping in the yard for fun (the kids maybe) And it sure is easy enough to put up and take down.

Or even better, rent an RV for a week, it has central air/heating, locking doors- ect ect. That might be your safest and most atmospherically controllable
option. If you got more than a pound or two im sure the RV would pay for itself.
