Dry skin when I have to go pee

I'm not sure if this is a female thing or not but maybe more women will experience this since we are if not more prone to dry skin more aware if it. Well, anyhow as I went through my day I would constantly be ticked off that I had just have just put lotion on my hands & I was washing a lot of off because I had to pee right after; well at the same time when I analyzed it. I have been following the trend & sure enough every time I had to pee my hands were dry. Needless to say I put lotion on after I am done washing my hands now. But it just seemed weird enough that I ponder if other s experience this or if maybe I have something to worry about.
