I can remember that I was still very young and had found my first Sexual discover, all by myself. You may be wondering why it is important, at lease to myself, to have orgasms. Why was it dry, because I was still unable to ejaculate my own Semen and Sperm yet. Once that I was able to ejaculate my own Semen and Sperm, and very soon after that, I had found my key, to enjoying my own future sexual life, which is the feeling of having a full out Orgasm including the ejaculate my own Semen and Sperm. Now several decades later, I found out that as most males, as they get older will find, often the prostate keeps growing and eventually it will applies pressure to the urethra and urine is unable to exit the bladder through the urethra tube and pass through the meatus or pee hole. There is a medical procedure called, Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TUR-P) to try to correct your bladder flow. Unfortunately, the are some possible complications which may include a Bladder injury, Bleeding, Blood in the urine after surgery, Electrolyte abnormalities, Infection, Loss of erections, Painful or difficult urination, and Retrograde ejaculation, is when ejaculate goes into the bladder and not out the penis. Retrograde ejaculation is the most common long-term complication of TURP and can occur in as many as 90% of cases. Now this is currently where I am in life. I can still have an orgasm and a erections, but unfortunately no longer have they ability to have any ejaculation myself, but I still enjoy being with others, that can have ejaculation, and I do wonder how many others, may have similar problem, so I am probably not alone in experiencing this.
At 72 I'm not dry, just produce little sperm.....no prostate or pee problems, and if another hard cock is in the vicinity I get rock hard, just not as automatic n not much use to top with as it can deflate half way through...tho I did find recently that if I had a cock in my mouth as I fucked a guy I stayed harder ...haha Of course ciallis or Viagra helps and I just started with the 20mg does for ciallis....and just love bottoming Simon
All men who have lost their prostates due to cancer, including me, do not produce semen. I can get hard with the right meds or with a pump, and can have very satisfying orgasms, but no semen. I continue to be an active bisexual, in a long-term sensual relationship with a bisexual woman and with an occasional male lover under safe circumstances. I love life.
I understand what you’re saying. That’s where I am after having 30 radiation sessions in 42 days as treatment for my anal cancer. I smilingly refer to them as “airgasms”. Sometimes though, and I don’t know why, I do leak a bit of nearly clear fluid. And like you, I still enjoy the rest.
Im 70 now and have had BPH for several years A recent MRI cleared me of cancer, thank goodness. But Im on a med to help me pee (silodosin) and it interferes with my ejaculation. I dont. Oddly enough Ive had some of the most incredible climaxes since Ive been on it...great for me but not for my partner. Doc sez just dont take it for a few days before. How the hell do I know when Ill want to ejaculate?
