Kids now don't want to learn and explore the inner-workings of their consciousness, they just want whatever makes them feel good.

There will probably be a huge rise in party drugs (MDMA and such) as stated before, but probably somewhere down the line there will be a generation of psychonauts.

id like to think that altho its a painfully slow progress we as a human race are moving toward a more enlightened less ignorant society its quite obvious that nothing good in the way of spiritual and psychological understanding ever comes from drugs like cocaine heroin pills etc. thousands of lives are lost or ruined and id be willing to bet that in some way shape or form every person on the face of the earth has been affected by the consequences of these drugs psychadelics can have some severe impacts on people as well but this usually happens when someone wants instant definate pleasurable gratification from drugs instead of a new experience if you are careful with dose are mentally sound and open minded its rare that severe consequences will result ex:jumping off buildings. hopefully enough people in this planets growing population will recognize the potential these drugs may have and finally their will be some in depth research done on their actions on the mind altho their has been some scientific studies done it is very limited and much in fact almost all of the phenomena that occur from their use is unexplained personally just the way that time is experienced while tripping is fascinating and since the only tool we have to understand the world or reality around us is our brain or our perceptions any intelligent person that claims that these drugs have nothing to offer to our understanding of time or to science, physics, and spirituality in general is either an ignorant dogmatic person who is afraid of having their way of thinking be potentially wrong or they have never experienced such mental states im sure that the vast majority of the population will always need their crutch so dope drugs will always be around and plentiful but i think that hallucinogens will play a much bigger role in the future probably not as a recreational funtime drug that everyone enjoys but im sure a few people out their will give the world a new outlook of our understanding of the universe and beyond with the use of psychadelics

yea, it'd be nice if they became bigger, people got smarter and they stayed on their legality status.

 

I wish I could agree with that, but to me it seems as history has passed America has been declining. I find it very easy to relate it to the downfall or the Roman empire. People just want to have fun, so they do fun things. That is all there is to it. We live in an extremely hedonistic nation, and no matter how horrible that is I seriously doubt people are going to change it.

What America needs is an intellectual revolution, but I have nearly lost faith in this ever happening, so I'm probably going to move to another country once I can.

i agree with what most people have said.. i think that e and perscrips will be way popular soon, and once weed is legalized it will be pretty legit as well.

all these newer generations of people who are gaining interest in it and wanting to synth it themselves will make it more readily available in the future.

 

meth is taking over the world... from what i see. hopefully this epidemic will be over soon. everytime i run into someone i went to high school with i find out they're heavily into meth. it's all over the place. pretty much only the white kids around here do E or any hallucinogens. almost everyone is into rX's and bud.

 

I foresee time released pills of various drug cocktails. How about a pill with initial dose of MDMA, followed hours later with a 2c-x dose, then later with some synthetic THC for a mellow comedown, and maybe finish it off with a good sedative, probably throw a multivitamin somewhere in there for good measure.
