They don't work. The only 100% guranteed solution is to sub it or wait til you are fully clean, which will not be affected by how much water or green tea you drink, nor will any drinks from GNC or Niacin pills. Wait it out, or sub. Subbing isn't that hard, I know plenty of people who sub and some have been on probation and have been getting tested for years, while still smoking everyday. Good luck!

I'm guessing you mean Niacin, and I wouldn't recommend it. I tried to take them a long time ago to pass a drug test and they burn really really bad. And I think you have to take a lot of them for it to work (that's just what I heard) I'm pretty sure detox kits work, though. But I have never used them either. When I had to get drug tested I just stuck with drinking cranberry juice and a lot of water.
