Drug Test for Court Date

Alright I have a court date in a few weeks I was charged with a hit and run (I know stupid but i was ridicously high and had weed and a couple pipes on me) so I was wondering will they give me a drug test when I show up to court. They gave me a 100 fine and are trying to charge me with a felony, by the way I am 16.

They might drug test you, they might not. If I were you, I would clean my act up until this case is resolved. BTW, good luck. I hate to see someone your age with a felony on their record. I'm gonna give you a little advise...Go in court dressed like you're going to church, act humble & respectful and hope for the best.

about the acting formal thing, ive already mailed a huge ass letter to her( its a girl not guy as i stated him in efore posts) and actually talked to her and said sorry and that bulshit, yea it happend yea im dumb and yea i like being called worthless by hippies.......thanks to those who gave responses and yea ill be takin a break 4 for awhile

As for taking a piss test on your court date, its 99.9% not likely to happen, however, if you hire a lawyer (which you probably should in a Hit and Run case) then you might be able to get off with Probation Before Judgement, and youll just have to piss there.


Oh, and if you sent the ticket back with the payment, you're automatically guilty, so...I hope you didn't do that.

If youre clean then you can offer to take a piss test to prove your clean, that would go very well with the judge.

 

No, if you get probation, chances are you're gonna be pissin weekly or bi-weekly. and by chances i mean like 85%



and smokindude, hes being charged with a hit and run, which means he fled the scene of an accident. so they cannot get him on DUI/DWI with a controlled substance

why what else would happen I think thats the worse cause im pretty sure I aint going to jail or house arrest. Wouldnt you think they would just suspend my license and give me some community service or somethng

In the state of Kansas, hit and run drivers do not face a felony charge for leaving the scene of a fatal accident

 

also to give info on the damage, its barely anytihng and shes not even going to get it fixed, and the reason im thinking its barely anything because i would have to pay for the damage anyway, so why wouldnt she go ahead and get it fixed if she didnt even have to show a dollar to get the new part? becuase it prob aint even worth it,

 

There's a 99% chance that this isn't true.
Everyone I know no matter what the charge, has been given the standard 5 drug test on their court date...don't use any pot, cocaine/crack, amphetamines/methamphetamine, opiates, or benzos. if you fail the test, on top of being fucked with the hit and run, you'll be attending really horrible drug tests and you'll be tested.

 

house arrest is possible...it usually isn't for a long time...i was on it for about 30 days for a posession of marijuana charge...30 days house arrest, 6 months probation, drug classes...if you fail your test, you'll get that plus whatever they wanna give for a hit and run.
