drug music without the drugs

does any one listen to drug music sober? the ones i listen to are phish, the grateful dead, pink floyd, and some velvet underground. and i have never gotten high before. i was just wondering if anyone else does that?

I listen to stoner bands alllll the time sober. Mostly Pink Floyd and Velevt Undeground.

 

None of that is drug music. That is just an idiotic stereotype.

There is "Marijuana Hemp Reggae" (rather original name), with songs that are directly talking about weed and it could be considered a genre... but other than that... "Drug music" doesn't exist.

 

ya that's just the stereotype ppl like me dont like... and also its just good music. People listin to music when they are sober or high... dont call it stoner music unless u like being thought of as a stoner just by ur musical tastes

I don't see how the Grateful Dead could NOT be considered drug music

 

my favorite bands are grateful dead, phish, allman brothers, and other jam bands which most people call stoner musci, but its not, i think what some people mean who dont really understand is its just good music to chill to when ur high, just like regea and such. I love to just put that on when im hihg cuz its good tunes to listen to. I think they were just confused or somethin
