Drilling glass to make a bong.

Can you get drill bits to drill glass from like home hardware or something? and are they hard to come by / do u need to be pro to drill glass?

from past experiences its imposible to drill a hole with a normal bit, look for the kind you found on that site at your hardware store. they can drill trew about anything

 

try putting duck tape or sumit on the bottle n then drill it i did this once n it prevents shattering howeva dnt trust me 100% cz i rnt an expert

 

I knew a guy who had a glass engraver. it came with all sorts of different sized bits and he made us a bong from a Glass Vodka Bottle. You use the glass engraver, but you must be very careful and patient, and engrave a hole into the glass and then there was sort of a 'Sanding' bit that he used to make the hole bigger. it was sweet!

So, in answer to your question. Yes, you can make a glass bong.

 

i just did this yesterday. you can do i very easily just make sure you take your time bc the first try i shattered a vase and on the second one it worked.

 

Buy a dremel and get a glass bit for it. Should cost about 30 bucks +/- a couple bucks.
