Dream Questionnaire

Hello, I'm a college student from Derby College and an aspiring Psychologist. One of the areas I want to research is Psychedelics and other recreational drug use. A recent assigment from college had us make a questionnarie on dreams. I decided to use this questionnaire to understand the dreams of psychonauts!

damnit, i just took this survey and then i realized that his semester is probably over by now...

 

maybe it was all just a scam to get personal info from you, so the survey is still useful

 

yeah i was sure to include my full name, address, phone number and social security number, even though he didn't ask for anything like that.

 

i sent him a special email with all my personal info, and pointed out the fact that he had forgotten to ask for that stuff when he designed the survey.

in his reply he told me that he had intended to ask those questions as that was the original purpose but that he got sidetracked designing his pretext, which was the survey itself and by the time he finished had forgotten that that was the purpose of the survey
