Has anyone used this, it says that it has been proven to dramatically increase your dream recall and your chances of becoming lucid, and I am thinking of ordering an ounce of leaves for 5 bucks off of bouncingbearbotanicals.com.

Ya I have some. It does exactly what its supposed to, although there is a supposedly better dream root from africa you might want to check out. smoke a joint of it as you're falling asleep and you will get extremely vivid dreamscapes and epic, coherent story lines which are really easy to recall. worth trying, but I doubt you'll use the whole oz the smoke tastes like SHIT, and the tea made my friend vomit from a sip, but hes a bitch, so its all good.

Yeah, but now since I've done alot more research I think I'm going to end up getting the African Dream Root (Silene Capensis), I've heard that its alot better.

Lucid dreaming is AMAZING. I know it's not a natural source, and requires more caution, but ambien at around 60+mg.s produces great lucid dreaming (had great success, and complete control over my dream, but was able to awaken then start a new dream for multiple hours).

Yea, I've only had two lucid dreams in my life and neither were drug induced.

They occurred within days of each other too. Weird.

I like blue lotus tea as a relaxation tool. There's no euphoria or anything, and the taste isn't all that great.

It's sort of like chamomile, but more relaxing, less sleepy, and stronger.
