try a rave in DC. that's where I would start looking, but even most of those have converted into alcohol-driven club "parties". Also keep an eye on what festivals are coming to your area. Good luck
Please don't ask stupid questions like this... Acid will most likely find you, it's hard to find... People on here don't want to sell to anyone that could possibly be police (even if they're not). Maybe some people would mail you a dose for free, but highly unlikely since it's so rare! Hope you have better luck in your area...
