ewww, OJ makes it worse for me, it's so acidic
I go for water and bread or crackers
    sometimes consomme or broth

(I really hate the dry heaving thing, I'd rather drink some water and know it's gonna go away anyways, than dry heave)

Saltine crackers or hard pretzels are really good for a queasy tummy. Oh, and peppermint tea.

Don't do that!?! Don't drink orange juice when you are wretching. It's acidity. Drink water or gingerale. Ginger is natural and calms your stomach. Hope you get well soon.
