sorry to hear that you feel this way you might want to visit www.suicideforum.com you may want to see a doctor about getting some meds, or look into some natural and alternative remedies
Why the fuck do people automatically think there's something wrong with you if you say you don't want to live? If you're in a maximum security prison, eating maggotty slop for meals, getting beaten by the guards every day and ass-raped by the prisoners, is there something wrong with you if you say you want to get out of there?
If you're in a maximum security prison, you're clearly not using a computer, and if someone says suicide is bad, I'm willing to bet they don't have that very specific situation in mind. What field was that from?
It's not that I'm chicken. It's more a case of not knowing if they serve bologna and pickle sandwiches in the next life. I'm thinking they don't, so I'm getting my fill now.
Life. How hellish does the world need to become before you aren't considered crazy for wanting to exit it?
Courage, it couldn't come at a worse time... Sometimes I can't decide if I'd rather die peacefully next to an empty pill bottle or take down a bunch of people with me in a bloody massacre.
I'm olllld and the song that comes to my mind is "Ole Man River". Verse says "Tired of living but scared of dying". Sorry, some people feel that way. Evolution has programed the brain to default to "I'll do anything to stay alive." Not everyone defaults to that notion. How much pain is too much? Who decides?
there are some very good reasons why you shouldn't go on a killing spree or kill yourself 1 you might hurt innocent people (including yourself) 2 you could never kill all the assholes who deserved it in one day, and even the ones you got would be easily replaced 3 there's probably a peaceful way to make your life happier if you're really feeling this way, getting meds right away sounds like a good idea. regular, gentle aerobic exercise, reducing stress, having a few laughs, dietary changes, and trying to fix whatever is making you feel like this in the first place could help www.befrienders.org has a list of suicide hotlines internationally you may want to read the book "Curing Depression Naturally with Chinese Medicine" (http://bluepoppy.com/cfwebstore/ in the books/books for the layperson section)
I don't think that someone should be considered crazy if they want to commit suicide. rather, in most cases, people can find a way to be happier and be glad that they didn't kill themselves anyone could be put in the position of feeling so much pain that they would want to die, if they were under enough pressure. give the happiest, healthiest person in the world electric shocks, and they would probably feel like that in a few minutes (or sooner) so the point is not to condemn or judge, but rather to try to find a way for people to get better. to some degree self-help methods might be useful, but if someone is at the point of giving serious thought to killing themselves, usually they need outside help and to be on medication at least temporarily it's a very dangerous situation
I guess if someone was serving life in prison, and they were getting ass raped and beaten every day, and there was just zero chance that they could get transferred out or defend themselves, suicide might be a good option for them. I think though that the vast majority of people who feel suicidal can get better by getting medical treatment, therapy, making lifestyle changes, and fixing the problems that are making them feel this way in the first place. they only feel as if suicide is their only option, and objectively it's not the case most of the time
Why? Do you have a plan to make it happen? Do you see this as a good or bad thing? If bad, would you like to know another way out? There are always other things that can be done.
