doesnt it more usefull do yoga as naked??

Im very interest in this relaxing method,but I couldnt learn it absolutely..I think it is more relaxing do it as nude..what do you think??

 

I engage in a full nude yoga routine in my home, once per week. It is quite interesting that you posed the above question. I was in my weekly yoga class about 30 minutes ago, doing a headstand. My tank top kept falling in my mouth and covering my nose. The entire time I was thinking. this would be so much easier naked .

 

here is my story:
decided one morning to do naked yoga, not that i susually do it but, was hot, so i did maybe 30 minutes of intense yoga: my mind was very awake and i just had this intuition to look closely at my body. and yep! my body was sending me a message, because you know what! i discovered 4 tiny animals (dont know the name in english: the ones that suck blood, but this was a tinier species) on different places on my body. these were vrey small, and hadnt noticedthem before. i know when i got them: 6 days before, while being in nature outside the town. so thanx to naked yoga!!.........!

 

I think the most important thing is for the feet to be bare as a minimum, but then again I'm partial to it

 

my breasts are already way too saggy to start doing yoga naked!

 

I've heard about traditions who only teach yoga naked ^^ so if you wear a slip or what you're a prude... thats curious.
but I guess at home it's ok, if you're not paranoid like me ^^

thats cool if there are traditions that teach it naked. I'm studying to be a yoga teacher-it would be a fuckin trip to teach a nude course! I'm going to look into that, if there is some ancient tradition or something.

It's like everything natural.. I would have said it's only natural to do yoga naked.. And video it...

 

I've never embarked in yoga, but when I try to clear my mind, clothing, my watch and my glasses become heavier and more out of place..
