Does wearing a butt plug for several hours affect anal sex?

I know people wear plugs to prepare for anal sex but I wonder if a person wears one for say 5-6 hours would your anal muscles get tired and make anal sex less enjoyable or even uncomfortable.

 

I found that wearing a plug for 4-6 hours before hand it made anal sex more enjoyable. When I was attending pool parties with five other guys, I would always flush myself out good and wear a plug for a good five hours before arriving. I'd leave it there while sucking on a few of them and allow the first one wanting to penetrate me remove it.
