does this cake look contaminated? pic

    It used to smell kinda sweet and kinda like alcohol which I understand would be from fermenting yeast. But it doesn't smell anymore.

    idk but dont look fully colonized either.

    bury it in some potting soil keep moist/ maybe the casing will cure it..

    Looks overlayed

    Meaning the surfce is covered in a layer of dead mushroom mycellium due to unfavorable conditions.

    Just keep fanning it and keep the humidity up and you should still get some mushrooms.
