When a new piece of...woman joins the forum, (one you like)& announces she's got a significant other in several threads..

Do you assume she's:

A) Doing it to stay safe, & get rid of losers
B) She's just a prude
C) Sure, she has a man...She just hasn't met her ideal man....yet

 

I got into a conversation about this via IM earlier in the day with a buddy of mine. Wanted to see what some of our forum regulars think about it. I would love it if you'd share your thoughts.
Maybe tell us what the 'other' poll option would say.

i assume nothing, neither that she is a she, human, or even an organic life form.

only that some sort of awairness, that is awair of experiencing existence, had something to do with the postings having occured, and that this awairness experiences emotional feelings of some sort, as do we all.

I'm glad you're joking. I think one of the marks of a well rounded individual is their ability to be alone with themselves and like it.

Also, I like folks that don't need nor want to play people.

You do make a good point though. I've seen that kind of behavior before.
I think it's easier to ignore yourself if you're focused on someone else.
