does anyone make essene bread?

    My guess is, they did it by hand! But it takes a lot of time and force. When I bake my regular bread, I usually use only my hands, I just love the feeling!

    no, i just checked my recipe and it says to use a food processor. maybe you could try a pestle and mortar though?

    I have just seen, they sell essene bread in the bakery at the health food store where I always go... next time I am going to try it! even though it's a lot more expensive then the other breads.

    It funny. A lot of german tradtional breads, the really dark ones, that the germans are stereotyped for, use sprouts!
