i like to think of it as having the charm of a small town, facilities of a city.

They are relocating guys so dont worry about it. Plus they cant knock all of the original one down because it is heritage listed. but i spose it hasnt stop them before....

re: the palais - the "palais" which will never actually be the palais if it is relocated is relocating, from what i have heard, to a crappy place that will never be as good as our beloved graffiti-ed old dance hall. I think whoever bought it is building some 7 storey building there and they are keep the original palais front part. So it will be an old front part with this hell modern building behind it, very stylish newie, way to go :S haha
