does anyone here cut their weed leaves with a scissors ??

I watched this youtube video of someone rolling their Own Joint - but he said some people who do it - sometimes have their weed fall out of the joint - I thought - No wonder when I saw how he did it - he did not use a scissors - & turned it into almost Powder with those dumb - Tabacco grinders - that is silly considering - when U compare loose manufactured Tabacco in a bag - they are fine strips - Not powder - has anyone seen those silly Tabacco/weed grinders ???
Do U use a filter when U make your Own Joint ???
