Biorhythms are recurring cycles in the functioning of humans. It is thought that there are patterns of physical, emotional, or mental and other cyclic activity that occurs during a persons life. These cycles are said to peak every so many days and have different durations. At their peak a person might excel at those activities the cycle identifies.

After following my biorhythms for several years I see a relation to peaks in cycles pertaining to how things go for me. Take sex for instance. When my primary biorhythms, physical, emotional, and intellectual, are above the plus 50 mark and my secondary cycle, passion, is in positive territory I have better sex experiences. When they are negative I have trouble in the activity. This seems to be the same for other activities too. It has been disputed there is no basis for these cycles but yet we all have other biological rhythms that are recognized like sleeping, body temperature, hormone secretion, and others. So why not use cycles that relate to how well one does or doesn't do an activity.

    What are your thoughts?

Biorhythm is a concept that suggests that human beings' lives are influenced by an innate biological rhythm that regulates physical, emotional, and intellectual states. However, biorhythm, as a concept, is not recognized as a health problem by the medical community.

While people may use biorhythm charts or calculators to track their biorhythms, it is not considered a legitimate diagnostic tool by healthcare professionals. The scientific community has extensively studied and analyzed the human circadian rhythm, which regulates sleep and wake cycles, but there is no concrete evidence to support the existence of the biorhythm theory.

It is important to note that some people may experience fluctuations in their physical, emotional, and intellectual states, which can impact their overall well-being and health. These fluctuations could be due to various factors such as stress, diet, or sleep patterns. Still, they are better addressed and treated through a holistic approach that involves the monitoring of symptoms, proper regulation of lifestyle choices, and consulting healthcare professionals if necessary.

In conclusion, while biorhythm charts and calculators are popular among individuals interested in wellness and self-improvement, they are not scientifically supported tools for diagnosing health problems. Any potential physical and emotional states fluctuations
