So I'm sorta curious about this new wonder drug, except like most new RCs, there's just not a whole lotta information on it. I was just wondering if anybody in these forums personally had any experiences with them and would like to share them, or possibly add any additional information would also be appreciated. Thanks !!!
DOC isn't very descriptive, so there's no way to determine from your question what chemical compound you are referring to.

It was in PIHKAL, so it's been around since at least 1991, and the other DOx chems have been around since before 65, DOM played a visible role in the hippie movement on at least several occasions. So I expect it's a lot older thas 91. ......fuckin' seriously.

Huh, no, I haven't tried it, but from what I've heard it is a good idea to be not only in a positive mindstate when you take it, but to have been in a positive mindstate for a while previously.
^ Check Erowid's DOC Vault as mentioned above, but also give Bluelight's Big & Dandy DOC Thread and Drugs-forum's DOC Drug Info and DOC Experiences threads a check too, there's a wealth of information in those. I've heard great things about it from a lot of my friends, and many of them actually prefer it to LSD - which to me says it must be pretty magical, since in general phenethylamine psychedelics (with some exceptions like Mescaline and 2C-B) don't tend to be peoples favourites, and it's not all that common people prefer them to the big classics. I've actually got myself a 4mg hit of DOC which I might be taking today coincidentally. I'm really excited for it as I've also never tried it before like yourself.
It's far from being a new drug, and if you just google "DOC experiences" you'll find dozens of written reports. I've tried it once at 1.1mg and it is quite amazing. Very euphoric, calm, and the visual effects are outstanding.
^ At 1.1mg? Do people really react that differently or am I missing something? I've heard 3-5mg is quite an "average" dose and far from too strong, and that below ~2.5mg is quite underwhelming. I've also heard a few people quoting dosages like yours though so I'm curious if you used a different ROA or different form of DOC e.g. freebase vs HCl or something. How long did it last at that dose by the way? I've heard the duration is VERY much related to dose so I was wondering if you managed to avoid the whole 20+ hours tripping with that?
1.1mg was quite strong, i'd say around the same level as 15mg 2ce, or 15-20mg 2cb, or one 'average strength' hit of acid. It lasted a solid 16 hours. It was anything but underwhelming. It was nowhere near overwhelming, and i do plan on taking at least twice as much next time, but that was a perfect first time dose.
Interesting. Well I took 4mg yesterday, I assume there was still a little tolerance present since I'd taken 25C-NBOMe only 9 days before, but my friend reported having similar effects to me at this level with no tolerance. It was very strongly stimulating, euphoric and pleasant in a manner similar to 2C-B. The visuals were quite light at this level though, more like 8-9mg of 2C-E for me. It was more mentally deep than most phenethylamines though and very therapeutic. I think I've matured a lot after that trip. Great substance and I hope to try it again soon

ok , doc is not hard to find at all. the forum i attend trades and sells it all the time. i aquired 350mg. ok when i first got doc i thought it would be very strong like the nbomes where 1mg 25i is alot and 2-3mg 25i can be WAAY to much, thats not the case with doc. my first trial was 2.2mg come up was crappy , typical 2c jitters and i threw up, neon colors, patters,fractals lasted about 12hr and i was alomost completely base line, next trial was 4.2mg, i thoughti was gonna be WAY stronger, and it really wasnt a whole lot diff, same come up, not much dif in visuals, a little better euphoria and lasted longer about 16hrs. i basicaly have no pea tolerance. i have heard people taking it up to 6-8mg , im happy with 3-4mg but trust me 2mg wont be too much. i love doc, would be my 2nd fav after lsd and maybe 4 ho met, just has a crappy come up for about 1 hr.
