Yes . 7 days a week . I think its essential these days that we look after ourselves not just with working out but also diet . Having a toned body gives one a lot of confidence as well .I don't think spending an hour on working out is asking too much of our time if it prolongs your life .
No, not exactly. I jog. Jogging is it. I go one or two times per day during the week and 3 or 4 times per day on days I don't have to work. I jog 1 mile each time I go.
Yeah, I have dumbbells and barbells at home. I also do body weight stuff, like pull ups and push ups. 3 days for upper body, and 2 leg days per week. The remaining 2 I rest. Would recommend to all.
