do you think that internal organs have the same personality as their host?

this thought crossed my mind earlier today...

i'll use myself as an example... hypothetically speaking, what if my stomach is very conservative and very against abortion, my intestines listen to coldplay, and my throat enjoys the taste of root beer? would that be possible, or has it been proven that internal organs do have the same personalities as their host?



actually though, now that i think about it, it would be your mind's personality, and the body itself is nothing but a vehicle.... ooo that's interesting...

but come on, this is a great thread idea! are you saying that the original question i asked has never crossed your mind? your mind is actually you, if you think about it.. its not like your arms are telling you what to say.



so, if what i'm thinking is correct, parts like your arms, your legs, your eyes, your mouth... none of those are living, they are more like "parts" to a machine. your mind (you) tells these parts what to do.

but then there's other minds too! such as your stomach, your lungs, things of that nature, because they do stuff that you dont tell them too.

hmm i wish i could more tightly address what i'm trying to talk about... where's dave when you need him....

 

ah yes now my question makes more sense! so if your stomach and lungs and what not are other "minds" such as yourself, do you think they would have roughly the same personality as you, or a different one?
