Do you think cops watch this forum?

Do you think they honestly care about catching pot smokers so much that they lurk forums like this for leads and what not? I'd like to think that most cops don't give a shit about possession charges and consider it a minor offense, but part of me says I ought to know better...any insight?

Probably the only cops on here are the ones who smoke...

but as for being on here to catch people... hmmmm, no. Think about it... were from all over the world... how much effort would it take to find track down someone on here, and hopefully they live near your city, then you can try and gain thier trust, make a deal, and wham... you just caught yourself a pot head.

If that was thier goal... you know, it would be so much easier to just show up at a festival, or any concert, weekend party, etc...

so yea, no I don't think they care...

Saying so, I still belive you need to be cautious of anything you say online.. Just a habbit of mine.

Nate is a cop. But he's a dirty one.
He'll steal your weed and sell it to me for profit.
Then I'd smoke it with him.
And then he'd make some sexual joke towards me.
I'd laugh and politely decline/retort to his joke.
And we'd keep smoking.

Didn't skip say the feds watch this forum? I know i've seen cops on here too, but there isn't much they can do. In all legality, everything we say is bullshit. Not one of us here smoke. Right?

I wouldn't doubt the feds are watching this poser forum, its something they can do without getting up... I'd be doing the same thing.

Much better than going after real criminals, IMO.

 

I wouldnt worry about them too much in here, I would say maybey they take a gander at the grow forum but then again have you ever heard of anyone from hipforums getting busted because of something they posted here?

im a weekend trailer park supervisor, so far i busted a 9 year old girl on hashbrownies - i made her give me some. i then crucified her cat on my trailer supervisor car bumper

 

I think they do. Not only are there a bunch of pot head stoners but theres also drug dealers and people that do drugs like heroin, cocaine, ect. I think cops are on a lot of forums, not just the hip forums.

 

Yeah, in my town, we pay a whole staff of officers to monitor the internet 24/7 for locals talking about smoking a joint. They will go to no expense to bust someone to collect the $100 fine you get for possesion around here.

But seriously, no. As someone already said, if someone got busted because of something they've said or done on here, don't you think we'd hear about it already?

 

I just came up with a way to find out. If someone were to make threats against the president, we could see how long it takes for them to be contacted by law enforcement.

 

I have a great big pot. it had soup in it, and now it just has water with cinnamon and cloves in it.

besides, the only people at risk for being caught on here are those who give out personal information like candy. mmmm candy.
