While doing your artwork...do you listen to music? If so...which kind? I do sometimes....but only if I'm in the mood. I Mostly listen to (in this order) Europop, dance, and trance. Your turn!
It really depends on what I'm doing, with my *cough cough* 1300 songs (heehee) i usually just find something that fits my mood/what i'm working on, or sometimes a new song will come on and it'll inspire me to do something totally different.
I guess I do, usually. Trance techno is pretty good, at least sometimes. I also love stuff like DMB or the Allman Brothers, jam band/classic rock kinds of things. I like to keep it mellow, so that stuff works for me.
wateva mood im in iv got a wide music taste lol most inspiring music i listen to (in my opinion) is probably - the doors, hendrix, bob marley or incubus and some nirvana doors = old rock kinda but more poetic its hard to give a label to its so original lol hendrix = amazing godlike fuckin genious guitar wow rock lol bob marley = reggae/ska a real prophet ! incubus = rock i guess but every album is different in my opinion 'science' is more of a nu metalish album, whereas 'a crow left of the murder' is more poprock and morning view is way more chilled then the rest (it my fav to work too aswell )
uh i heard this one bands real sick... i think there name might be uh... The Grateful Dead... or something...
Some times I'm working on certain things in my art that require i listen to soft or action packed things. usually when i'm working I listen to the music of japanese anime (mainly Ronin Warriors). Its gives me a good feel when I start working and through out the peice. If its long work... loop it!
