I do... despite the hours I spend gardening and playing soccer... In the evenings when I'm watching tv I'm always knitting something, year round.

i only really watch tv in the winter, and i'm not coordinated enought to multitask knitting with the internet.

I start preparing my christmas knitting in august.... I've a lot of folks to knit for so I need to start ahead of time. I've crocheted a few summer tops in May/June for July/August birthdays...

I am trying to be more productive this summer...when I am watching my kids play outside, I want to have a lap project that can be working on...

ha! that's what got me started knitting again in the first place. :) i couldnt read because kiddo needs a lot more attention than that. mindless knitting totally fit the bill. socks are a great little stick in your cargo pocket type of project too. :) not sure why, but i'm just not really into it this year.

I knit in the summer a lot because I have a lot of free time. If I knit in the fall/winter a lot then I'm so busy with school and my projects wouldnt be done to enjoy in the cold weather :) Although right now is my busiest knitting time this year because Xmas is coming up and ppl love hand-knit gifts

Yep. My bosses are fine with it where I work when it's slow. On rainy days I have a lot of free time.

I actually taught myself how to knit this past summer. I made a couple scarves last summer and now I'm getting bored with them and need to move onto something new. I was thinking since its starting to get cold, I'd make myself and hat and scarf set (this would also be the first thing I've ever made for myself), and the hat would teach me something new...
