    Real, true buffalo mozzarella.

But a close second is Gouda, gorgonzola, cheddar, Swiss, havarti, parmesan, pecorino, provalone, jack, brie, and, well, you get the idea... ;)

no, not really. i don't really eat a lot of cheese except on pizza and burgers and that sort of thing, and then i just get whatever the restaurant puts on there.

i suppose i usually get provolone on subway subs, but i just think it goes well with their subs; it's not necessarily my favorite cheese.

Anything Dutch cheese... when I lived in Amsterdam I gained some weight, in spite of riding a bicycle back and forth to the coffeeshops.

Oude Amsterdam, bellegen gouda, goat cheeses, they are all good!

Anyone said Knob Cheese Yet ?

In a small town, to the south west of England, a storm was brewing. It was not a physical storm, but an emotional one. "What is it this time, Kate?" A blonde haired girl raised an eyebrow. "I broke up with Johnny." Kate Cried out at Stacey, brushing away a few strands of brunette hair with her hand. "Another break up? That's the third one this week!" Stacey stated. "It's just... His Knob wasn't cheesy enough..." Kate said with a frown. "Aww... It's okay, Kate. You'll find a cheesy Knob someday." Stacey assured her.

i'm not big on cheeze really, but there are some i dislike less then others. the jaks of one kind or another. anything without all that phoney orange food coloring in it.

to be fair, there is something i like, but i haven't seen it in the stores in ages, and that was the flavored soft nufchatelles. expecially the chocklet ones.
not exactly what you'd normally think of a cheeses though.

now as protein substitutes mushrooms i like, peanut butter i like, but cheese, is just not something i buy. well i can't ever remember for sure the last time i bought any.
and i don't like it on hamburgers either. i think the reason fast food joints insist on putting cheese on all of them is to hide the tastlessness of their patties being half soy filler.

its ok like in enchiladas though, or in omelets.

(when i was younger i used to eat it more, but now i have to worry about constipation. bad enough how much chocklet i eat)

I don't like some of the cheeses on a cheese platter. Just a block of mild bite cheese. I don't know lol. Cheese. I think Swiss cheese is bitter, but it works well with some things. And what's the deal with that wet cheese? It like sits all in a yuck container all wet and yuck. Eww. What's wrong with people? Lol.
