Cuz I need to settle an argument with me neibor,cuz when I was going out with one guy I said I heart him. she says that if you say heart it means love. BUT I told her that if I loved him I would have said love instead of heart. so can you guys help me here?

^^ i agree with that.. plus theres a reason why "heart" and "love" are two different words.. and i dont think u would say "i heart u" to the person u love/marry/have children with. unless its your thing
