Do you ever see random people smoking?

i know we all probably have at some point. i sometimes see people smoking a bowl while driving on the highway or something.

but i have seen it a lot lately. on elmwood avenue in rochester (a pretty busy street) i have seen three people toking in broad daylight. all within a couple weeks time.

first one - guy was smoking a little metal pipe, while walking the opposite way as me. he kinda stopped as i got close, but i knew what he was doing. and he didn't seem to care.

second one - a guy was smoking a doobie on his front steps, pretty much on the sidewalk. i smelled the aroma from like ten feet away. he wasn't even phased.

third one - guy was smoking something (a bowl i think) just standing on the sidewalk. across the street from the hospital, and right outside the cemetery.

none of these people really cared. i guess i've done it before in my small little town. but these guys were ballsy. i guess they figure no one will bother them, even though it's obvious what they are doing. next time, i should really stop and tell the guy i want a toke. surprise him.

I can't say that I have. I know I am pretty open about it, and I am supprised that I have not been seeing people smoke. Then again I can be a little naive even today about weed. I was driving home on the highway one day and I was using a bowl. I normally use my one hitter but I think it was new or I just bought some new weed. Some guys were driving along side of me in a U-Haul truck and saw what I was doing and honked. They were like pass it over. Like I am going to do that driving along the highway. So I kid around with them for a bit but keep on driving. They followed me home and I had to ditch them getaway style. Not that hard being that they were driving a U-Haul Truck. Anyway, it was a funny story about someone seeing me. I am the same way though about smoking in public. I don't give a damn if people know I am smoking weed. I am very open about it and willing to talk to anyone about it. Pro and Con.

I was at the bar ordering a beer and this guy like 45 years old whips out this spliff and justs lit it up

 

In a bar... that doesn't seem too bright.

 

We pulled up in a parking lot to buy weed one time and before we find the guy we are supposed to meet we see a store clerk who has recently got off work sparking a blunt lol. I have seen SO many people smoking on the highway. Yesterday I was rolling with a friend around the neighborhood we burn ride in before school and we saw two kids I know parked right by the park that is there just smoking, not even driving lol. Also I certainly saw some middle school kids smoking a joint while they were skipping class and I felt quite elated at seeing that

 

They are in Belgium smoking tobacco in the bar is prolly legal, so smoking isnt so uncommon.

 

^^^ still, weed and tobacco have quite distinct smells.

did he share at least? or did he get in trouble?

Yeah they followed me home and I had to ditch them. I saw them driving around near my house later on. They must have been desperate for weed.

 

all the time just today i was walkin back to school after smoking with a friend and i see three black guys rollin a blunt in this shitty ass car down the street from school.

 

heh one time i was drivin and i look over and this kid is rippin a bowl while drivin.. I slowed down to be like NICE dude or make some kind of gesture to approve of his actions.. ahaha.. but he saw me and sped off real fast.. mabye cause i was in a work truck.. ah well he was all paranoid.. cant blame him.. but shit he was ballsy in the first place.

 

on saturday this drunk trav was behind me in the bus and he was rippin the shit out of everyone on the bus...he was really funny, he was rolling on the bus and asking people on the bus if they wanted to smoke with him...being really loud and burning hash on the bus haha but no one really cared so it was cool and in my school at lunch time people smoke in a small park just outside the school and the teachers are walking past and its obvious but they dont say anything

 

i can't tell you how many times i have gotten high in bars... yea.. weed smoke is distinctive but at the same time.. everyone is drunk and no body cares.. obviously now its not done.. as often.. but now you just gotta go outside and blaze one.. and still you see it a lot.. at least around here..

 

i got caught once by a bartender while rolling a joint on a ping pong table.. he's like "dude.. just make my job easier" and i'm like "what? no one is looking or complaining. and im goin outside"

 

Here in Houston we have well known stoner friendly bars. some not so well known for the regulars only. I personally know of 3. I see alot of people smoking. I work in a pretty hippiefied neighborhood, and I have seen one of my neighbors drive down the street smoking a bowl in his convertible. One night them and their friends sat on the porch, like 6 of em and blazed. you could smell it down the street. I live in a fairly cop free area, and we blaze outside all the time. we've seen people and Ive walked down the street smoking jays.
This one time I was toking a clear joint waiting for the bus and a guy on a bike asked for what the jay was dipped in. I kept telling him it was a cellulose paper and he didnt belive me. I gave him the jay coz my bus came and I saw him on the side of the gas station looking at the jay like it was the weirdest think he ever saw. haha
I smoked out old lady's physical therapist, a nurse, an othergirl, and a DHL delivery guy.

Once before a show at one of the local bars me and my buddy were breaking up weed in the back room and the owner comes back and is like "hey boys.. what do you plan on doin with that?" "we're rollin it and then we're gonna smoke it.. outside" owner: "ok.. dont let me catch you smokin that in here" then Stan the lead singer of the band that was playin came in back and we asked if he wanted to blaze.. he was like yah. so we offer him the join and he sparks it.. the owner looks back to see what we're doin and sees us smokin with Stan.. Stan goes "fuck him.. hes an asshole" and we continue to smoke and laugh.. the owner turns back around and walks away...

 

hahahaha funny story. Well, I was sitting on the porch swing waiting for the DHL guy to arrive with my new pda. I figured id get high while I was outside. he snuck up on me, and put it out right when he pulled into the driveway, as we all know, the smell lingers. He came up to the porch and smiled and said "oh, I see what time it is." haha I said all day every day. we started talking about what we smoke and asked if he wanted to chief some purple Kush I had then. he said hell yeah, and we smoked a Pinner. every 6 months that I get a new phone we smoke out.
I also, as I said before, I smoked out a stoner comedian named Greg wilson, inside the Jet Lounge where he was performing. He broke out a roach and toked up on stage. He pased the roach to the audience and it was lost. he was saying somebody stole his jay, and me being The Ganja Queen, :sifone: I had a few prerolled jays on me. I broke one out, it was a three inch cellulose jay and took it to the stage, lit it, handed it to him, he said "oh, no shit?!" and there was a round of applause for Lil 'ol me. I drank for free the rest of the night.
After the show, while waiting for my cab, one girl riding away yelled out "hey stoner girl, you rock!!" hahahaha

 

they're great stories haha...sounds like your from a pretty chill area, i love ending up randomly smoking with strangers...its always fun for unexpected things like that to happen

 

Me and a couple friends were out smoking in a trail in the woods and were about 2 bowls in, when we hear something, and there about 15 feet behind us is 3 people smoking joints. We didn't see them when we first came in, but they had already been there. When they were done, they just walked by us while we were still smoking and didn't say anything.
