I tend to breathe through my mouth a lot. How about you? The reason I ask, is reading about the two, the benefits of nose breathing seem way more. I seem to have learned to breathe through my mouth, though.
Through my mouth.... When I breathe only through my nose for a longer while, I feel like I am not getting enough oxygen. Is that weird ? I have no idea...
my nose. "mouthbreather" is one of my favorite insults, and I associate it with stupidity. no offense.
perhaps your nose is genetically inferior. or maybe you have too many boogers in it. have you tried picking?
Hahaha...No, my nose doesnt have too many boogers in it, thank you very much.... Genetically inferior ? I have no idea...How can a nose be genetically inferior ? What does that even mean ?
I dunno. I was influenced by the inferiority/superiority nonsense in that other thread. but a nose could be at a disadvantage if it were, for example, to narrow to breathe through properly. my nose is definitely superior. I can breathe through it quite comfortably, unless it is full of boogers. in which case I will pick them out and store them in shroomie's mouth.
I don't think that happens too often. And yes, Piaf, it is the same way for me. I'm going to try to learn how to breathe out of my nose more.
I think this would be a good excuse to get a nose job. Like all the celebrities say : I had to do it. I had deviated septum...I couldnt breathe normally. But seriously, I breathe trough my mouth cause I cant get enough oxygen if I breathe only through my nose.
Why I cant get enough oxygen if I breathe only through my nose ? I have no idea. But if I'm doing that for a while, I feel like I'm suffocating and I just need to breath throgh my mouth. I am a freak... :leaving:
Well, if you learned by breathing through your mouth, that would explain it. You didn't always breathe through mostly your mouth. Babies breathe mostly from their nose.
