I do. We have one living in our apartment building. I'm not the only one who has seen her.

I believe in ghosts though I have had no definate experience with them. After my cat died I felt like maybe there was a ghost in my room because I do hear strange noises often. But I would really love to visit a haunted house and see something definate for myself so that I know for sure.

    Yes, without a doubt.

As a child, I lived in a home built in the very early 1900's that was supposedly built over an underground slave passage. That house definitely contained some ghosts, and they weren't the friendly kind. We even went as far as having a pastor come and bless the house, but it still didn't seem to rid the spirits that lived within. It was a very happy day when we finally moved from there. I still have nightmares about it sometimes, there was just this eerie vibe inside that house. Everyone could feel it. You couldn't explain what it was or why, but you felt something, an intense fear, a chilling embrace of some sort. *shudders*

Sometimes my husband and I will drive past that old house, that sits atop a hill, looming there, and I immediately get goosebumps. It has gone up for sale more times than I can remember since we moved from it.

When my mother's fiance died years back, I felt his presence in the home we were living in on the night he died. I thought I was the only one, that maybe I was being silly, but my mother and my sister confessed the next morning that they had felt it too, even before I said anything.

Ooooh, I'm getting all goose-bumpy just thinking about this stuff. ;)

yeah, i definetly believe in ghosts. my friend's house is definetly haunted. there's one in the attic, and one in the basement. i've heard the upstairs ghost, others have seen it, and heard it. one night, his dad felt it walk acorss his bed.

and another night, my friend was in the basement sleeping, and he was having a dream that he was laying in his bed, and his cat was sitting beside his bed hissing at something. when he looked, he saw that it was hissing at a shadowy figure, in the shape of a man. he bolted awake, and when he woke up, he saw his cat on the floor beside his bed hissing at something...pretty creepy.

my old high school is also haunted. one night me and a couple friends were walking by, and saw some weird shit. on the one side of the building, there was a row of about 8 windows. we were walking by that side, when all of a sudden, every window lit up all at once, then two in the middle turned off, and the one on the very end started flickering. all in a matter of a bout, 2 seconds. then they all turned off.

then, we walked around to the other side of the building, and in the middle of the hallway there was a tv on a stand sitting there, and the tv was on, but the only thing on the screen was fuzz. it was sooo creepy.

another night, at my house, i was sitting on the computer, when i heard someone/something stomping around upstairs. i went up, and no one was there. i was the only one home. when i was walking back downstairs, i looked and noticed that my bedroom door was closed. i had closed it when i left it. then i was sitting back at the computer, when i heard the stomping again. so, i went back upstairs, and as i was walking up the stairs, i looked and noticed that my bedroom door was wide open. i was freaked. i ran upstairs, and of course, no one. so, i go back downstairs (armed with a pair of scissors) and went to look in my room...no one there. so i forget it, and go sit back down at the computer. and as i do, i hear a throaty, raspy voice scream "JAMES!" very faintly. so faint, i almost thought it didn't actually happen. so i ignored it. and the whole rest of the night, as i sat there at the computer, it felt like someone was behind me, watching me. i was so scared, you don't even understand.

and another night, as i was trying to go to sleep, i heard the same stomping sound upstairs. and everytime i went up to see what it was, no one was there. so after a few times of going back and forth, i went upstairs and spoke out loud to no one, "excuse me, but whoever's stomping, could you please stop?? there are people trying to sleep." and it never happened again, after that. pretty weird.

Yes, definitely. There was one when I was renting a big house with roomates, the guy who's house it was had actually died there. He liked to mess with our stereos and we often heard his footsteps in the kitchen. And my boyfriend lives right across the street from a cemetary-sometimes he sees them floating above his bed.

I can't help but believe in them... I've always had an ability to sense them... and in rare occasions (about 1 in every 20 senses) I'll see them. From there 1 of 5 do I actually talk to them and have convos.

I definetely do. I believe I've seen a few in my lifetime but not a white ghost, its always like a shadow or a figure I catch a glimpse of.
I saw the first one when I was about 10, another when I was 13 and the last one was last year although now I find that I can sometimes tell if somethings about to happen. Only very minor things but its still a bit freaky

when a soul is caught between planes
    often needing to communicate
these are what people call ghosts

they mean no harm, and actually generally mean to heal

I don't really. I mean, I'm open to any proof, and my mind could be changed but for now...I dunno. I believe in UFO's, Bigfoot, and that Dinosaur thingie in Africa tho.

There are no ghosts because when we die that is it. We cease to exist.

i definitely don't believe in ghosts. i find it very difficult to believe that after dying, the only thing a person could find to do is float around people's beds, stomp up and down staircases and fiddle with radio knobs. yeah, right.

Have lived in this house 5 years. Had a ghost here for about 3 years then he moved out.
Frank was his name, he owned the house for many years and died here. He used to often move things in the kitchen at night. One afternoon l saw him in the back yard and he just faded away in front of me, was bizarre as l was soba..

there's an old abbey near where i live, just a ruin now but the tombs of three knights still remain. get a very strange feeling there, as though someone's watching, not a bad feeling, more of a sadness and deep loneliness. yeah, i think there could be ghosts.

I really do believe in them, even though repeated attempts at ghost hunting have turned out completely boring and not the least bit creepy. Hmm.. Well, as a young teen I lived across from a cemetery. I would get yelled at for leaving the stove on all night when I never turned the stove on. Sometimes I'd feel like someone was watching me, but not in a scary way so it didn't bother me. One time a black shadow came over the entertainment center and you couldn't see the TV through it, that scared me shitless briefly, before I flew upstairs screaming. Heh.
