i beleive that i am truly my worst enemy, since i have proven it to myself unknowingly over and over again and only come to the conclusion afterwards.
i dont beleive that there is any other 'enemy' in my life, only me and the damage i can cause on myself. there are things that can hurt me but not like how i can.

  8. So long as you are blaming everyone else and making them your enemies, you can never get out. Or what i mean is basically you hand the decision over to them, therefore putting your life in the hands of the other party, or "enemy". So better to be your own worst enemy than giving the title to others, basically!

Why do you think you are (if subconsciously) going out of your way to play the "own worst enemy" role?

Then again, perhaps i misunderstood your post...i get the feeling that happens quite a bit.

only problem with being your own worst enemy is the tendency to self-sabotage.

I think a lot of people feel that way. The key is finding what you want, aiming for it, and looking at problems that occur as things to be overcome and not something insurmountable.

Isn't that the only point to being your worst enemy?

Probably more of an outcome of being your own worst enemy.
