I think the difference is if you’re a woman and just want sex it’s not that hard to find. There isn’t a shortage of men willing to have no strings attached sex.

There’s a whole lot of cultural influences going on deep under the surface too. Eggs are much more limited and therefore much more precious as resource than sperm. Evolutionary biology and society encourage women to guard their eggs and give access carefully. Not being able to give them away for free, and having to pay for access to that resource goes against social and biological forces

I know several women who go to massage parlors for more than just a massage. A parlor near by has a masseur that works by appointment only. But he only works 3 or 4 times a month. There's not a lot of demand.
