There have been several times in my life I've wanted to let people know FGS just DO NOT WASTE your time reading a particular novel...especially if it is something fiction that you are p l o w i n g through, but figure it will turn out ok, there will be at least some closure...etc.

Often I've read just a quick and easy novel because of the entertainment value or the book had merit because there were interesting facts and is well-written...however...

Right now I'm just going to advise you that this one book, do NOT read if you do not want to be frustrated and want to Cause Harm to the people in it...oh, and there IS NO REAL END...there is NO "closure. One cold day, if I were to have to choose a book to burn for fuel, this is one I'd start with:

Crossing the Hudson by Peter Stephan Jungk

(leave out the g in the dude's last name, and that is what I just read)

    I totally agree!

Also avoid reading the book "The Ruins"...by something something (I forget)... It is about a man-eating VINE with talking, singing flowers...NO GOOD END...NO vengence for death...made me want to quit reading for a bit.
I only purchased this book because it (said on the cover) was recommended by Stephen King.
Although I LOVE S King, that is about the 4th or 5th book that he recommended that was page after page of drivel. I know, I know...so I've learned - I won't get anymore books b/c he recommends them.

That book (The Ruins) will be the 2nd book to use on my fuel pile.
