There was a thread about this earlier. The traditional view is that appearance has nothing to do with your Sun sign. Appearance is based on the rising sign, and modified by any planets within the first house and aspecting the ascendant.
Again any planets aspecting the ascendant will affect the sign. Since I don't know your chart or even which person in the picture is you, I'll have to be general. Libra is an air sign and is sanguine. Libra is relatively tall, not terribly skinny, but not fat, round face, normal complexion in youth, but redder with age. I forgot to mention the Sun and Moon alter this a bit since whether you are a day or night birth affects things. For instance a night birth will enhance the moistness of the sign - thus will make more feminine features.

This subject gets pretty complicated, but basically you have: Your asc. is an air sign Jupiter is air Venus is water Moon is water Air - 2 Water - 2 Take what I said above, but with some feminine qualities. By that I mean, a feminine face is a rounder, sloped head - not as blocky. A body type is a shorter torso and longer limbs. Add that to what I said about Libra.
I mentioned above that any planets aspecting the ascendant will affect that - assuming Libra is your ascendant sign and not your Sun sign. I'm simplifying this a lot guys. I have a paper summarizing the person's appearance in a natal chart, and it's 50 pages long. And that's a summary.
Unfortunately it's copywritten. I admit it gets frustrating for me sometimes because I want to explain a lot of these concepts more fully, but summarizing them into forum posts doesn't work well.
i have no idea what ascending planets are, or sun signs, or what they mean about me. all i know is im a libra =]
If you're saying you're a Libra, I'd almost bet you are aren't talking about your ascendant. Most people only know their Sun sign. The only way to know your ascendant is to have a chart made. A free one is www.astro.com. The ascendant is the sign on the eastern horizon when you were born. A rising or ascendant planet is a planet near the eastern horizon and... um... rising.
