I just heard that some incense like nag champa contain a chemical that when inhaled, can cause birth defects to your unborn baby.......is that true?? had anyone ever heard of that one before?? I'm concerned because I do burn nag champa incense and I am pregnant....I dont want to be doing any harm to my baby!! any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.

sounds like urban legend to me.
But always have a window open when burining ANYTHING while pregnant, and while kiddos are small.
smoke is tough on little lungs.
