Do I Look Ok For A 44 Year Old Man?

I've been on a health kick the past year and a half to help my diabetes. What do you think? Do I at least look healthy?

Call me a dick, but I am not going to lie. If you asked me to guess your age, I would have probably said mid-50s.

 

You are definitely in good shape for that age. You might want to post a different picture of your face, it is hard to judge your age by your face because the camera is mostly blocking it.

 

Yes, for sure. I commend anyone over the age of 40 who works out and takes care of their health, especially when they have a pre-existing health condition. Most people just give up and take the meds-only route and only end up sicker or in an early grave altogether. People have actually reversed their diabetes altogether with diet and exercise. That never happens with just taking meds.

Hell, I commend anyone who works out, period.

But anyway, to the OP, good work.

Honestly, a lot of American men will never be in that good of shape at any point during their lives. Hats off to you, Matt. Both OP and the person I am quoting . Since you're both in great physical condition.

 

We live in an age of rampant social media induced narcissism, so it's not that uncommon to see people in their 40s and even 50s taking selfies and posting them online.

Kudos to you, rolling, for being one of the people on here to never post their picture.

mirror shots have ALWAYS been lame....and technically a mirror shot is not a selphie.....a selphie is when you point the phone at yourself....not a mirror
