Do I have everything I need to start growing?

I am a beginner shroom grower and was wondering if I have everything I need to grow working mushrooms. What I have is a JXMI B+ Spore Syringe, and a Mycojar with a large humidity tent. Also, how would I go about harvesting the shrooms and what precautions should I take? Thanks in advance.
