As many people have told you in other threads already: no, it is not your face. It's how you perceive yourself, how you think others perceive you and how you act upon that. If you have a strong feeling that no one can sincerely love you because of your face (except your mom) there is a large chance it will affect your behaviour in a negative way. Maybe the few girls who do not mind your face at all lose interest because of the way you carry yourself.

Anyway, I think you're a good looking guy. Not exactly Adam Levine or however you spell it, but you have a down to earth look about ya. However, you look like you're pouting and that's a bit of a turn-off, it makes you look unapproachable. I'd suggest you try to "make up" for your looks if you don't like them with your personality. Either way, try to be friendly and open-minded.
