DMV Area Heroin (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

I stay in Norfolk/Va beach area and get some really good shit out here that's tan and solid and really strong vinegary smell and if I wanna stretch it cuz $$ tight I can shave down a ball and cut it with 3/1 which has morphine in it and it's still good or I've crushed up like 20-30 dilaudid's and cut it with that...has anyone ever cut their shit with pain pills bcuz I use to do it with roxy 30's and I think the dilaudid makes it better than with the roxys??
