I had an amateur chemist for a friend and he gave enough for a couple hits. I did one to decide if I liked it. Wasn't for me. I then flushed the rest.

I wouldn't give it to anybody - its powerful enough to turn someone christian.

Kesy put it this way, Acid is like a journy, DMT is like getting shot out of a cannon. Between what i've read and I've heard, DMT is very risky as far as after effects go.

    Its not dangerous.

I just didn't find it fun. I didn't have a bad trip, but I didn't have a good time, either.

My friend said it's in your brain stem for like 28 hours. And it just numbs everything.

    Now that just sounds wacky...

DMT isn't a drug like mushrooms or lsd. Think more along the lines of salvia. DMT definitely isn't for everyone. If you do decide to try it out, make sure you're in a "safe" environment. Good luck.

Please. I've seen it happen after a bad acid trip. DMT it is much more likely.

But I was only using it as an example of something terrible that might happen for which I wouldn't want to be responsible.

    lol

man, dmt is like the seventh chakra.
if anything, it's enough to turn anyone into a follower of zen.

it makes lsd look like a freakin' whippit.
I doubt there's anything you could tell me about DMT that I don't already know.

I really want to try DMT...I didn't enjoy salvia, but from what I've read about DMT, it seems like it would be something I'd enjoy and benefit from...
5-MeO-DMT would be cool as well...

DMT is not to be taken with the mindset of a thrillseeker. It is best utilized by those who seek enlightenment, if you ask me. I have not tried it, however I experience this connection that you speak of; that connection, is compassion. The empathy that I experience is superficial: I tend to read people; I know how they feel, and learn about their behaviour... So, I am left only with my love of life, and the happiness I am brought by interacting with other people. Helping them, listening to them... doing something. It is the combined nature of reading people, and my desire to be selfless and among them; to understand them.

Since compassion is pure, those who tend to be sensitive to it can basically feel connected to anyone.

ive always wanted to try DMT, but apparently doesnt last long, and is similar to salvia... and salvia wasnt very cool. its not really introspective and spiritual (my experiences . maybe yours were). its just a typical mind fuck with blown out visuals...

Datura is still on my #1. even though i can die.

That's why I said that it is not for those who are looking for "a good time." There is no such thing as a bad trip, just paranoid delusions... fear of losing our ego. My ego has died and been reborn 6 times, and I am trying to rid myself of it; this would be an experience to explore for someone like me. Some people are so bound by the distractions around them, that they wouldn't be able to comprehend some of the possible situations. Such could be the case of not realizing that linear time is merely a distraction, and finding yourself in an existance that defies the logic you posess; this could actually lead to panic.

Summary: the correct mindset is everything, and wanting to experience DMT with the idea of a "good time" in mind only invites overwhelming scenarios.
