    DMT, The What Molecule?

Dr. Strassman calls it "The Spirit Molecule"

In my writings, I've called it "The Teacher Molecule"

My husband calls it, The Tesseract Molecule"

I am curious if anyone else has their own "pet" names for DMT?

No I don't have pet names for DMT. The only thing I've created for psychedelics was calling methylone 'coasting' instead of rolling.

^^^ Yeah, I get that association a lot. My husband gives me a "She's really lost it," look when I say, "I feel DMT tripping is good practice for death."

I love the rare occasion of hearing of someone else who has read the incomparable, "Wrinkle in Time", by Madelaine L'Engle...

I loved those books when I was a child and was very sad to hear of her death not too long ago.

No one came up with Shpongle's Divine Moments of Truth.

Both my husband and I enjoyed those "Wrinkle in Time" books but now that I think more about it I think his "Tesseract Molecule" has to do with Carl Sagan's explanation of a tesseract in Cosmos and my recent Tesseract trip.

Stop it! I adored cosmos as a teenager, in what? 1980? Along with the love boat and buck Rogers in the 21st century. Funny, I dont recall a tesseract on cosmos...

I asked a while back if anyone else had read Madeleine L'Engle's books as a child, and never got a response from anyone.
Glad this got brought up :).

    I'd +1 you Smitty25 if it wasn't too early - great link.

Ancient One - why didn't we hang out when we were kids? I ain't proud to admit I also saw every episode of The Love Boat & Buck Rogers!

Well, then, let's not get started on Ursula l'guin wizard of earthsea series, heavily plagiarized by jk Rowling. And then that utter pinnacle of unknown, unread lost brilliances, "the forgotten door", By Alexander Key, a book which sustained me through a great deal, which not one of you has read, and are totally bereft because of that fact....

VoilĂ ! Truly awesome. Sagan always had a subtle sense of humor. And he does seem to be talking about the benefits of psychedelics.Would love to see this video reviewed by Mystery Science Theater 3000. I'm going to see if I can take a hypercube into my next psychedelic session to see if I can visualize a tesseract, without benefit of the crappy limited projection. Will probably end up in the clutches of IT....

A shame your parents wouldn't let you stay up late to see the racy "Fantasy Island". Then we REALLY would have had something to talk about...
