I am feeling dizzy and I have blurry vision after not eating for 14 days. I want to lose weight so I decided to do a water fast for 30 days. Can you recommend some pill to take to make me feel a little better? I d'ont want to eat until I reach my goal. I've seen people on youtube that did 30 days easily. PS: I'm a male
Uhhhhh that's super unhealthy. From everything i've read about fasting, 7 days should be the max. Your body will start breaking down its own tissue for nutrients after so long dude. At this point you're not fasting anymore, you're starving
Your sugar levels are too low.. your damaging all the organs in your body. A healthy diet and exercise is much better than this diet, your just killing yourself slowly. Introducing a healthy diet now, will do you far more good. STOP!
Do you have a juicer? Lots of people do juice fasts. If you don't have a juicer, crack open a coconut and drink the liquid.
Dizzy and not feeling well after not eating for 14 days you say?? lol... People on youtube also climb giant cranes and buildings in Russia.
I feel a little better now, What I did was I took some salt and put it in water and drank that, and that gave me a bit of energy back. I understand this can be dangerous, but most people that try this don't die, and I lost alot of weight. I'm 150 kg and already lost 20 kg, which is huge! The fat is melting off me! I would really like to rech 100 kg. I'm 1.80 (5"11) so at 100 kg I should be more presentable. Again, I understand its dangerous, but it seems that I will easily achieve my goal. And I'm not that hungry either anymore, it's just that I feel so lightheaded it's crazy.
Yeah right - as long as you don't mind losing a few IQ points that, prima facie, you can't afford - you're not a fakir
Honestly, Alex, you are likely wreaking havoc on your bodily systems and I wouldn't be surprised if you gained most of the weight back immediately. There are healthy ways to lose the pounds.
We need to send someone over to do an intervention on this kid. They're easy to overpower when they get to the dizzy stage.
Do this instead: 1,200 calories per day+vitamin supplements+exercise. If you're serious about losing weight you should be able to do this fairly easily and maintain your weight loss. http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/diet-nutrition/g4351/1200-calorie-diet-plan/?
Muddle some kaffir lime leaves with sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add a shot of coconut vodka, lime juice and ice. I had severe gastrointestinal problems that were cured by juice fasting.
