How did some of you older guys discover cruising before the internet?

When I was visiting a beach town in Florida I saw a small park near the resort my family was staying in. I saw a few guys strolling and sitting on benches. Late evening and I was bored so I kind of walked around too. Stopped and watched the ocean waves crashing. An older man, 30s, approached me. The pandemic has change the way men meet now these days. Not knowing who may or may has covid many men are not playing with stranger.

There are a couple places for that here, but even if I was interested in that I would not go because both areas are frequently patrolled by police.

 

I was lucky to have had several local parks with many, many acres of woods with walking paths to enjoy. Local Parks here are perfect places to meet other guys. Not a suggested place to act out your desires, but certainly a great meeting place to arrange a more private setting to share in each others sexual desires.

 

So how does that happen, this is a very open question, I would prefer to meet and get hit on then do online.

 

I would simply go to one of our local parks and just relax under the pavilion for a bit. If no traffic, I take a walk.
