At the end of my Wicccan meeting we closed the circle, called our spirit guides, and wrote messages of things we wanted released from us so that we could open our channels to a more positive flow. Sadly, I mentioned the mocking and childish berating that I have found in the forums. Honestly, this has gone from a hip community to something bordering on the malevolent.

I often wonder if the spirit energy is dependent upon the kinds of emotions being projected from those of the circle.
I suspect we have matured and we see the immaturity more. In tandem with a divisive world, of course.
